The day includes an outdoor lunch made with products from the estate, walks through organic gardens and native landscapes, and time shared with Pablo Rivero or his chef Guido Tassi, who reveal the soul behind each dish.
The experience culminates in the city with a private dinner in Don Julio’s exclusive wine cellar—an intimate gathering by the fire for eight guests, where the essence of the countryside is transformed into urban haute cuisine.
